Business is not everything
our social responsibility activities

We act with passion, and our mission goes beyond business goals. Since the beginning of our company, activities in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have been an integral part of our activities. We want to create value through our work and shape a positive environment for all of us. Our involvement in CSR is based on competence volunteering, where our consultants and representatives share their knowledge and experience. We support non-governmental organizations in gaining project awareness, helping them achieve their statutory goals more effectively.

We help improve reality - 2-chair program for non-governmental organizations

We want to help by doing what we do best. That is why for years we have been providing free participation in our training for representatives of foundations and associations. Thanks to this, organizations can conduct their charitable projects with greater efficiency.

As part of our 2 Chairs Program, we offer two free places for representatives of non-governmental organizations at selected training courses. Including our renowned PMP® Academy based on international project management standards.

Our program was attended by, among others, representatives of the Polish Humanitarian Action, the Akogo? Foundation, the Polish Children and Youth Foundation, the Krakow Hospice for Children, the Tricity Food Bank and the Responsible Business Forum.

How it's working?

01
Qualification to participate in training is based on the description of planned projects in which the newly acquired skills will be used.
02
Each month, we select projects for which the knowledge we provide may prove to be the most groundbreaking and we invite representatives of the organization to participate in the selected training.

How to join the program?

If you see that members of your foundation or association need to expand their knowledge in the field of project management, send us an application to the following e-mail address: hello@pmexperts.com. Describe what your organization does, what project you are currently working on and what is the biggest challenge for you.

Education of children and youth

Since the beginning of the company’s operation, we have been involved in numerous initiatives aimed at supporting the education of children and youth. We supported the English Summer Camp program organized by the Gdańsk branch of PMI, thanks to which children in difficult life situations could participate in summer English courses. We helped young, ambitious youth in the implementation of the “Books without prescription” project organized as part of the Zwolnieni z Teorii olympiad. Together with the Polish Association of Youth Projects, we organized the “Expert Project” addressed to young people who want to acquire project management skills and use them effectively in their own projects.

Prizes and awards

Our activities in the area of CSR were honored with the Laurel of Responsibility, which we received in the competition “Promotion of corporate social responsibility standards”, organized by PKPP Lewiatan, NSZZ Solidarność and the consulting company Deloitte. Thanks to this, we are among Polish leaders in CSR activities, alongside companies such as: Orange, GlaxoSmithKline, Kompania Piwowarska, PGNiG, PKP Energetyka, Samsung Electronics Poland, T-Mobile and PKN Orlen.

Our activities were also recorded in the Report “Responsible Business in Poland 2013. Good Practices” published by the Responsible Business Forum: the largest non-governmental organization in Poland, focusing on disseminating knowledge about corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

Pro-ecological activities

Pro-ecological activities are also important to us. In our offices, we use solutions that minimize the consumption of paper, water and electricity. We know that our everyday habits shape us, so we inspire each other to make pro-ecological changes.

We believe that together we can more!
