We design, test, and implement solutions alongside your team
The Sprint lasts 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the selected area and your team’s availability. Throughout the process, we remain actively involved, designing, building, testing, and implementing the solution together with you.
Selecting the focus area and defining the objective
We begin by clearly defining what the Sprint will focus on: one area and one specific objective. This could include creating sales proposals, project reporting, customer communication, knowledge management, or another repetitive process that could be improved with Claude. A successful Sprint starts with selecting the right entry point.
Designing the solution
We analyze the selected process in detail, including how it currently works, where bottlenecks occur, and what should work differently. We design a Claude-powered solution with instructions, templates, and workflows tailored to your company’s specific needs and the language your team uses. We do not copy generic frameworks. We create a solution that fits the way your organization actually operates.
Building and testing
We build the solution and test it using real tasks performed by your team. We work iteratively because the first version does not have to be perfect. Each new iteration brings us closer to a solution that works in your actual environment, rather than one that only looks good in theory.
Implementing the solution with your team
We introduce the solution into your team’s daily work and collaborate directly with the people who will use it. We demonstrate how it works, explain the process, answer questions, and address concerns before they turn into a lasting habit of avoiding the new way of working.
Stabilization and handoff
We make sure the solution works reliably and that your team can maintain and develop it independently. We document the completed solution and give you full control. After the Sprint ends, we remain available for an agreed-upon period to answer questions and support your team during the first few weeks of independent use.

If you already know which area of your business you want to improve and where the biggest pain point is, we can start directly with an AI implementation sprint. If you’re not yet sure where your time and budget will have the greatest impact, we recommend starting with the AI readiness assessment. It will show you where an implementation sprint can deliver the most value.
Does the AI implementation sprint require an IT department or specialized infrastructure?
In most cases, no. Claude runs in a web browser and doesn’t require complex technical infrastructure. We discuss security and compliance requirements at the beginning of every implementation sprint and tailor the solution to your organization’s needs.
What if my team doesn’t want to use new tools?
That’s one of the most common reasons AI initiatives fail. That’s why, during the implementation sprint, we work directly with the people who will actually use Claude—not just with management. We don’t simply introduce a new tool—we help change the way people work. That takes time, patience, and hands-on support, but it leads to lasting results.
Can we expand the implementation sprint to other areas of the business?
Absolutely. If the first implementation sprint is successful—which is our shared goal—the next natural step is to extend it to another area of the business. Many of our clients treat the first sprint as a pilot before rolling out AI more broadly across the organization.
How involved does my team need to be during the implementation sprint?
Your team is actively involved throughout the entire sprint. We’re not the kind of company that delivers a presentation and disappears. We work alongside your team to build a solution that fits your business. We ask for access to the right people, time for testing, and honest feedback. An implementation sprint is a collaboration—not a “set it and forget it” service.
